Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! My panels were uninstalled because I needed roof work. Per the contract, I was given a 60 day timeline to have the panels reinstalled. Now, I am being told, they under staff and dont have an available date for another 8 months. Meanwhile, I am being charged a monthly solar bill. Completely unacceptable. Customer service is horrible. Management is worse. No one is able to give me a clear justification or rationale for this.
