I would not recommend this company. Save your time, save your money and find another company to do the work. I put a down payment and signed a work contract in April of 2019. In December, about 8 months after we signed the contract, the work was still not done. I was told I was top priority but on the day of the install, only the electrician showed up. Our project manager said it was due to there being ice on our roof even though no one came to evaluate the state of our roof the day of the installation. After this final incident, we pulled the plug and took our losses.

Will add more later, but this place is a huge mess of disorganization, false promises, poor communication, and incompetence. Literally could do better hiring a bag of dead pigeons(who would probably return emails faster). Literally every time i reach ouch it's a new person with no clue what's going on. Lawyered up and made sure all payments were via cc. Dont work with these ppl under any circumstance. We were promised quick and easy installation in OCTOBER ('mid November at the latest') and its now january.

We are generally happy with our Solar installation. Solar flair's customer service, however, could be improved. We have had a dead panel that took longer than it should have to get repaired.
