We have owned our Falmouth Cape Cod house for a little over 3 years, but our first year could have been calamitous.We had not lived in an oil heated house since 1994 and as a result, we neglected to keep an eye on the tank fuel gauge. Luckily, we were in our Cape house when we ran out of oil. Falmouth Energy answered our desperate call at 2:30 am, and graciously delivered oil 3 hours later. We are now on auto delivery. Great customer service!
