This project took a long time and at some point, I wondered if it would ever happen. But it appears new management got involved and turned it around. Once they got going, the process worked quite well; frequent contact, deadlines met, good follow up, problems addressed. Assuming they learned from the problems they got themselves into, they should be fine moving forward.

Great install. Nice black sleek panels and hid the conduit wire. Excellent service and the app is nice to have as well to monitor usage vs generation

The solar five team was professional, honest and great to work with. They monitored and ensured our solar is getting done correctly. The salesperson Dave was easily accessible for questions. The pricing was reasonable and worth the investment.I would definitely work with them again,A satisfied customer

Keep looking if you are in the need for solar. Continuous delays, installation errors, complete and utter lack of communications. Loan payments started two months before system was installed properly and functional. As a result of their delays and errors we had to pay loan payments on a nonfunctional solar system along with our regular electric bill. Jason, our solar five rep said we would be reimbursed , but that has yet to happen. Emails, phone calls and texts to Jason and solar five have resulted in no response and no follow up. If you do not have lots of free time and days off to wait around for these people to show up then I would look elsewhere for a solar company. No shows , last minute cancellations and lack of knowledge were just a few of the issues with their installation crews. Started this journey May 31 st and finally got the system working middle of September. Update, Jason did make sure we were reimbursed for the two month loan payments.
