Corey/Salesperson couldn't explain the basic operation of the system and how its sized and built. I'm sure there must be more professional EPC companies out there - and I'll keep looking for one.

An absolute 5 star experience from beginning to end. This company is number one for a reason, they are! I am a person with many questions and Josh always responded in a timely manner with excellent feedback and knowledge. He provided the information and allowed me to make the decision, never pushy! Every person I had contact with including the team that installed our panels were professional and respectful. My house is older and the roof had some pitch issues but the install team made it look like it was all in perfect line! Call them and forget the others! My only regret with solar is why did I wait so long!

Contractors seem great and they seem to do quality work but they change the quoted price frequently.....are HORRIBLE about getting the work done (they've been doing mine for over 6 months and aren't done yet.Additionally they missed the end of the year target as they promised so I will loose tax incentives.Office is terrible at scheduling people and often expect to have contractors arrive with less than 24 hour notice even when this is indicated as a condition.I would never recommend them to anyone. Lots of better solar companies out there.
