When I was shopping around, I was impressed by how patient, knowledgeable and efficient these guys were. All processes went fast and smoothly. I had a great experience with Brightway Energy. The system design process was efficient and easy. The sales and project management team were effective and good to work with. I was given step-by-step guidance on the Mass Solar Loan paperwork and all of the other details. The electrician and panel installers did a stunning job, they even took extra care to conceal the equipment and wiring and to accommodate to my schedule and numerous special requests.

From the very beginning our sales rep was knowledgeable and walked us through step by step process from pre sales, installation, finance and post installation follow up. Great customer service! They were responsive and punctual throughout the entire process. I was hesitant about how solar would look on my house, but the black on black looks great- even on the front! They were a great team to work with and highly recommend them to anyone whos looking to go green.
