Consumers failed to notify me that they had planned to shut the power off to my neighborhood to replace a box. They had to have known about this replacement ahead of time. Why not let people know so they can plan around it. This failure to inform there customers cost me $300 For the night. Will they be crediting my account for this? Probably not.

Electric pole in our yard was taken down by an RV on Sunday 6/14. The crew was out within an hour and the next day, Jim the lineman came out to reconnect after we got the new pole in. Can't say enough good things about the assistance we received and all within 24 hours of the initial call.

They only care about every $1 they have no care for any family kids or no kids. If anyone had a choice they would be the last provider to ever have!!IT HAS NOW BEEN 2 WEEKS SONCE MY POWER WAS TURNED ON THEY TOLD ME THEY COULDNT TURN IT ON IN MY NAME BECAUSE MY GIRLFRIEND OWES THEM MONEY AND SHES LIVING WITH ME QW HAVE CHILDREN. SO MY MOTHER IN LAW TURNED IT ON IN HER NAME. SHE GOT SENT THE BILL AND I ALSO GOT SENT A DIFFERENT BILL. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE WHEN THEY WOULDNT TURN IT ON IN MY NAME IS WHAT THEY TOLD ME OVER THE PHONE BUT NOW THAT ITS ON THEY WANT TO SEND 2 DIFFERENT BILLS??? WHICH LEGALLY SHOULD BE RECORDED. CONSUMER POWER COMPANY ARE CROOKS AND LAIRS!!
