We used this company a year ago to install two solatubes with lights and fans in our new bathroom. They came when they stated and gave us great service. The installer was very friendly, professional, and clean. Everything has been working great since.

My pool's solar heater was ripped in the brutal winter of 2014. Luckily only a portion on the end was torn and the rest seemed like it was in good condition except for some of the PVC pipes. I called these guys as they seem to have a monopoly on these in this area. They told me it would be $180 to come out and inspect and give me an estimate, but that would come off the price of the repair. Pretty steep, but again, there was no one else.When the technician showed up, he asked us if we would like for him to climb a ladder to look at the solar array on our roof. What kind of question was that? Of course we would! That's what we hired him for! He told us it would be another $75 to climb up the ladder.Wait. What?'Oh yeah. Just to drive to your house cost $180.'But don't worry. I can see from here that you will need an entirely new system. But I'll talk to my manager and get you the best deal possible and you'll find it will be more affordable than you think. Plus, the $180 will come off the top.'2 days later the salesperson called me to tell me that she had great news! They were able to give us the best discount ever!$3,800.$3,800!$3,800!!How are these guys in business?? Does this scam work on anybody else? The main reason i wrote this review isn't because they stole my money, it's because they insulted my intelligence. Do yourself a cover and save your $180.

I have had a solar tube from this company for five years, but recently, after a fierce rain storm, there was (a lot of) water in the tube. I called and it would be $105.00 (!) just for them to take a look. When the technician came he sealed an apparent leak on the roof, but maintained that the water came from condensation. Five years summer and winter, never water in the solar tube. But the water after a rain storm came from condensation? They charged me $192.50 (Their hourly rate appears to be $175.00). I paid but stayed behind feeling stupid and robbed. Will I ever buy from this company again? Most certainly not.

Stay away from this company! They installed my system and after 1 year it needed maintenance. It needed maintenance the following 2 years as well and we were charged for every visit, finally they figured out that it was clogged with debris and they tried to charge us $1500 to fix it! After a year of pushing them to fix it they fixed it for free. Next year same thing!!!! system was totally clogged and they refused to even look at it without charging for maintenance. We had to pay over $500 for them to fix it again. These people have no understanding of decent customer service. We LOVE heating our pool with the sun, and when it works it is great, but they installed our system inappropriately and blamed us for it at every step. Find another company these people are rude, unfriendly and will take every opportunity to fleece you.
