Very please with the process from start to finish. Having done a fair amount of background research into the panels and inverters, I was pleased with the product they installed. Quality took care of the net metering process with Consumers and they kept us informed throughout the process. I would highly recommend Quality Solar.

The experience was very frustrating almost immediately following signing the contract, Ive made 2 payments on my system and just got a call from permitting that they hadnt been paid as of yet! Many promises made have not been fulfilled, including mobile monitoring and monitoring in general, also extended product warranties in which I have no information or paperwork about. They still have not sent a professional I/T person out to address the issues of our lack of monitoring. Multiple mistakes were made throughout the net metering application process which slowed down everything on billing at our expense. The owner of the company treated me very disrespectfully when it came to signing off on the unfinished project, very unprofessional and pushy! Heed my warning, they will not fulfill their promises as contracted, and if they do I have not been proved that.
