Solar Mounts LLC exceeded my expectations. I was very pleased with their professionalism and adaptability to change easily. They worked well under pressure (and let me tell you the pressure can get intense quickly) but they approached it with a positive attitude and got the job done. On top of that their staff was very knowledgeable and detail-oriented. Their website made it easy to navigate and find what worked best for my companys needs. Its layout, logo and various graphics were the icing on the cake.

I purchased a ground mount system from Solar mounts for a high profile project on a military base. Worst mistake of my career! As a project manager, our installation timelines are critical. My materials arrived to the site several weeks late. I wasnt that upset with the project dates shifting, but then my team realized that they shipped us the wrong components and we were missing hardware. It took an additional three weeks to get the correct equipment delivered to start my project. Reporting the failures to the military was very embarrassing.After further research and networking, I found out that Solar mounts llc recently went bankrupt under an alternate company name. Same owners - same financial problems. I will use RBI for all of my future projects.
