Worst gas and electric company I have ever gone through. Terrible customer service they tell you that you have to be married to have someone else on the account. Then when its tax time you can't use the home heating credit because it's not in your name and they refused to put your fiance' name on the account with you. They tell you they will go through and listen to the phone calls but never do just claim that it was never said. Any bit of wind and the power goes out and generally takes a while to get it back. Steep prices and always new fees for every little thing but when you have no other options in the area you have no choice but to pay jacked up prices or go without. I would much rather use DTE energy and consumers energy. If you can avoid going through PIE&G do it.

Pleased with our service and when paying a bill everyone is Very polite at the office !!

A 26 year customer, the service is the same. Way too many outages, particularly compared to Consumers Power customers. Trimming trees is obviously NOT a priority!
