I am so sick of the extra $3.50 you have to pay just to pay your bill. I do not know of any company that does that...not DTE, not Rent a Center, not QVC, not my internet company...in three years that cost adds up to $126.00!

Am I the only person who find it ridiculous they dont have a 24hours call center? Those hours of operation is terrible. Especially if somethin comes up last minute but most ppl work during the same hours and cant call then.
