Completely incompetent and should be considered fraud. Their budget plan is absolutely useless. Every month they tell you that you are over your budget but yet they never adjust how much your monthly payment is. Then, at the end of the year you owe them over $500 because they fail to adjust your budget number based on your actual use. What good is a budget plan if it's not base on your actual use? DTE has no problem adjusting your payment based on actual use so you don't end up getting screwed at the end of the year. I will file a complaint with the MPSC and see if this is even allowed.

Worst experience I have encountered with a utility company. After moving into a new place I set up my account while auto drafting the payment and was simple and easy to do. After moving in to my new condo, one day I come home and realize that my power is out. I call the company and they said that they accidentally shut off the wrong power and will get it fixed. I get a call from a service tech who then refuses to go turn the power back on because I am not there (at work) and I simply say that you shut it off while I was not there so you can surely turn it back on considering this is not my fault and I am not going to leave work so you can turn my power back on. The following day my basement flooded due to the sub pump GFI breaker popping. Fast forward a month later, I get my first bill and I call to ensure that my auto draft payment is still set up which they say it is not even though it was previously confirmed that it was. Today I just received a second bill in the same billing cycle with my correct mailing address but wrong unit address. So now I am currently getting billed for two condos when I own one and they now have no record of my auto draft. Here I am trying to get this resolved and the number they transfer me to just goes straight to voicemail. When I call back they say she's gone but to call back later. It's 10:00 am on a Tuesday. And..to top it all off the lady on the phone said the reason this happened is because I gave them the wrong address, yet for some reason my billing address is correct for me to receive two bills in the mail each month. Unfortunately, I am forced to use their service but I have wasted hours dealing with this company.

You guys need to move into the times. Get a mobile app at least a mobile friendly website. Still charging people extra to use a credit card... Come on you get that as a businese write off already. Other then that your services are awesome and I thank you for the reliable energy.
