We set an appointment, we get there a few minutes early, our agent is on the phone, before she hangs-up, another person comes up to her desk and sits down. Our appointment time comes and goes. Finally I asked her when she would see us, as it was already 15 minutes past our appointment time, she rudely responded that appointments aren't a guarantee and if I wanted a kitchen I would have to sit and wait until she was ready!We promptly left and have since not returned to the store. Guess they don't care about a high dollar kitchen remodel.

An employee named Todd who works in the plumbing department was extremely helpful when I had numerous questions about installing a toilet myself. He explained the different products and how to go about it all. I can't thank him enough for making my project go so smoothly....its nice to see employees who know what they are talking about and make you feel confident.
