Frustrated that several of the items that I attempted to purchase today had sales tags on the shelf in front of them incorrectly. Thank goodness we still have other honest store options in town.

I had forgotten my debit card at Bomgaars after shopping, and these wonderful people let me pick it up after the store had closed. I pulled up in front, and 'Cory', the manager, came out with my card. I was thrilled. It was a Friday evening, all my money was on that card, and I have to rely on friends for transportation. He saved me from having to wait until it arrived by mail the following week. That was so considerate! I'll never forget the kindness that was shown to me!

I drove 14 miles one way to buy dog food because I was out of dog food for my dog. When I got to Bomgaars in Blue Earth, Minnesota at 6:50 I was told I couldnt go into the store because they were closed. They advertise on line that they are open until 8:00. I said you cant be closed and my dog wont have food for tomorrow. They replied, Sorry, were closed. If you advertise you are open until 8:00 then you should be open until 8:00. Next time I will drive to Walmart or another store to buy my dog food. One very, very UNSATISFIED customer!
