Non-existent communications with residents on our street prior to and during a multi-hour power outage for their planned work. This is particularly inexcusable when so many of us are trying to work from home.

While taking out the trash Sunday afternoon, I heard the most pathetic cry from my cat. He was perched at the top of the power pole. Less than a year old, Sylvester is not the most experienced kitty and was clearly too afraid to come down. My granddaughter called and called, Nothing was working. I called Minnesota Power for help. Within short time a Minn Power truck arrived. Sylvester was rescued and returned to my granddaughters arms. What a huge relief !!!! Thank you Minnesota Power !!
