OMG these people are criminals! I turned off my electric radiator heating which cost me 150+ a month through these people, and so now my electric use is pretty much none, and some how I am still way up from my last year in May. There is zero reasoning, other than somehow every month is just a little more and more than the same month last year. I would never ever use this company if you can avoid it. They are rude and don't care about anything besides jacking money from you.

They have chosen to shut off power to hundreds if not 1000.s of customers of Benco for 5 hours tomorrow. During a pandemic when all businesses have their employees working from home. Ill bet they r making a lot of friends in the mankato general area. Maybe par. Never heard or seen such a move. Best of luck

This company has poor service. My bills were outrageous and when I inquired about that being odd compared to other electric companies, they were rude and sent me a nasty email pretty much saying Im stupid. I believe they charge much more than Xcel Energy and will never use BENCO again.

Horrible company. I live in a mobilehome just me and my hubby. Im in a wheelchair and I only get 3 baths a week the cleaning person does dishs 1 every 2 weeks cause we dont cook so not much dishs. Laundry 1 load per week and they charge me $308 and thats on budget. What the hell. That aint right. I know better. My daughter is in a huge house hers is $60 if that.
