Having a power outage and couldnt give any estimate on when it will be back on. I find that hard since they know where the crews are working. Also the map still has yet to show any crews were working.

Base fee is extortion. $40.00 a month for nothing and still going up. Why are we forced to pay for their so called charities? Another way of giving it to the cabin owners who already pay for EVERYTHING in Hubbard county. Thanks for all the FREE dinners, especially when there on a Thursday evening when all the cabin owners are busy working to pay for the FREE dinners for the local deadbeats...P.S. Nice lawn...

Without even so much as a phone call they ripped up our yard, cut through our septic system in three places, and never even told us. Only because I had a trail cam did they admit 'we should have probably told you'. Their service is awful and their response was the most unprofessional experience I've had. Not once have they even expressed any understanding let alone an interest in making it right. They also squash anyone who points that out. There was even a time a tree was down on their equipment and unlike any other power company in the country they didn't feel the need to clear it! They should be embarrassed, I'd say ashamed but they clearly have no shame.
