How are you closed because of covid-19???? Power is the MOST ESSENTIAL SERVICE!!! We need power turned on at a new house and no one is in and the phone isnt being answered for hours!!! Its 95 degrees outside and someone can die from a heat stroke

Bill jumped by double for no reason, so I brought the bill in to show them and they said the guy must have read the meter wrong because it was so far off it wasnt possible. Did I get any money back..... no because they said I already paid the bill so its too bad, if I caught it before then they could change it... so I was basically robbed of my money for service they didnt provide. If I could give 0 stars I would, that was the most ridiculous experience of a company blatantly stealing from there customer. I cant believe the stuff they get away with.
