Kandi Power called us in June to let us know of scheduled maintenance which would lead to a power shutoff. It was the middle of our strawberry season, and we had hundreds of customers in our yard. I begged them to wait, but told them we had a problem branch in our grove that might drop any day, leading to an unplanned outage. They graciously changed their plan for the day, and fixed the potential problem, in order to keep our power on during our busy strawberry season. A month later, they came back to do their scheduled maintenance, and gave us the old telephone poles. These will make great fence and gate posts for our sheep enclosure. Thanks Kandiyohi Power, for being a great neighbor!

If I could give them zero stars I would. Lack of intelligence and basic knowledge is unbelievable. Uneducated people who know absolutely nothing.
