Amazing work done at my house

I had a system installed and was operating wonderful for a few years. However, the water softener stopped softening the water. Dan and his co-worker at Magic Water came out for a 35 minute visit and $90 later to fix the issue. I had soft water for the next 3 days! Soon after the soft water stopped. I called Magic Water to ask if they could come back out to look at the system again.Dan was 2.5 hours late from the scheduled time. When he arrived, he tested the system and said that the system was working as expected. He indicated that I had a toilet that needed a valve adjustment and that this was likely what was causing the issue. I still do not have soft water.Horrible service, did not meet expectations, overpriced, and bullying occurred from Dan (left me a voicemail message bitching about how they have many other customers to serve) at Magic Water.These guys have no accountability. They will accept your cash/check and not guarantee their work.I will never do business with Magic Water again. I will choose to spend my money elsewhere.Next system will NOT be with Magic Water. You lost a customer for life.BUYER BEWARE!!!
