Working with this company has been the worst experience with a contractor I've ever had. Mike, the owner and sole employee, was very helpful and responsive when first discussing the project, but as soon as I signed the contract and paid a deposit, he became difficult to nail down. He'd promised a partially-finished system within two months, but after six months nothing had happened. Eventually, with constant hounding from me, he installed a handful of solar panels on my roof. They didn't work, but he committed to finish the system in another month or two. Three months later, after repeatedly saying this project was his "highest priority", Mike simply stopped responding to any phone calls and email messages. He has tens of thousands of dollars from me, and I have a few non-working panels on my roof. My suspicion is that he simply wasn't able to build the system he designed, but rather than admit that and refund my money, he just disappeared. Mike and his business are a fraud.

Very responsive and clear. It took some time to get them installed, but it was a great experience.
