Power out 4 days and no one concerned. Ive been given the run around, have 3 small children and having to pay for motel room to keep them warm and food perishing in the refrigerator and freezer. I live in carrollton and the main office is in elliot which is only a few miles from where i live. This type svc is unexceptable, it only takes a minute to disconnect svc but a whole week to run the line from a power pole to the svc location and im not satisfied!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I give this company one star because they are too high on people bills. One time they charged this lady $600.00 for no reason whatsoever and could not give a good honest answer why and when we looked at the bill, it didn't show where she even use that much electricity at all. Her lights was cut off for three months straight. What a shame!!!!! It should be a stop to what they are doing to people. They have to realize; if they have any heart; that some people don't have that kind of money they are asking for. This is Mississippi. A low-income state with money that they are hiding and keeping from jobs and workers. This is not Atlanta Georgia or some sort; where all the money is flowing and you can pay your bills anywhere but Mississippi!!!!!!!
