Went online paid my bill before it was due some how on the tha coastal electric app that's on my phone when I paid early went to a different account number to my other bank checking wise mine you I paid with a debt card that's on the app when you open it,it shows the amount card info ect...came back return , when I put in the 3 digit code that I normally use not clicking on any other information long story short Coast Electric charged me $35 for a return check that should not of happen the other bank took there fee of $25 off my other account because I explained it was a mistake but Coast Electric wouldn't wave the frist time fee for the mishap that should not of happen if I could they would get a 0 review

The 24hr pay kiosk doesn't always work. But at least they have a night deposit.

If I could give a zero or negative stars I would. What a joke!!! I have lived in many states and never have experienced such poor customer service.
