Lisa Gill Treuting
We've always been happy with our cost from Coast Electric, but today I received SUPERIOR service from the linemen. I backed my truck in between 2 guy wires and my bumper got caught so that I couldn't move, I called Coast Electric and Don arrived within 30 minutes. He didn't laugh at me and quickly figured out how to get the wires cut and freed my truck quickly without damaging it. I was so impressed with how quickly and efficiently this was done. Thanks!

Be careful with their autopay. If you get one digit wrong, you won't know there is a problem until the payment bounces and you get a $30 fee. I would recommend using a different method to autopay, since their system seems to be flawed.

In my experience, both private and professional, Coast EPA has some great people, from the bottom to the top. They actively care about their customers and community. We have used their auto pay since we first became customers with no problem, but it was set up right in the beginning.
