Magnolia Electric is a JOKE. We paid them over $3000 to install our power. It has been 3 months and it is still not done. They keep giving us the run around saying it would be the middle of next week. I finally called up there again after I had already been fed up and Haley or whoever works in the service department had the nerve to tell me that I was lying about her telling me a timeframe of when they would be out here. We call every other day and she is always the one we speak to that tells us when they will be out.

This company is a thief in my own opinion! I have put down the deposit And also $120 on our flex pay and can you believe me and my family don't even get home until 6:00 each night don't have any lights on with the air on 72 and we are already owing $30 + $20 activation fee. They are the worsted company ever!!! Not to mention we just started after the 10th renting this place and it hasn't even been a month

Company needs to improve on customer service and taking care of them. Especially paying customers that pay monthly. And turn the power off cause you owe only 12 cents.... shows that they don't give a hoot about there customers. And keep raising the price monthly. Sad sad
