Absolutely the most worst customer service power company ive EVER had to deal with! Call DAYS in advance to get power cut for a deconstruction project and low and behold, get here and BOOM the power is still on. This isnt the 1st but the 2nd time! So i try to call, NOPE wait on the phone for 6 minutes on SEVERAL separate occasions and the answer and hang up on you or it goes to a different option to where you still get NOONE! I hope i never have to deal with the bunch of sorry people but i have a feeling that'll never happen.

Like others, I wish I could leave NEGATIVE stars. This providers customer service is close to nonexistent, must call multiple times to report an outage IF they ever answer, will leave you without power for days for a very simple fix. If its thundering or windy, you can bet you'll be without power with this company. Some of the worst dispatchers in the NATION. Rudely address you or hang up on you when you FINALLY get through to them.

The line workers are the best. Love them. The company itself makes the worst decisions Ive ever seen. The whole internet debacle completely destroyed my plans for the future. Its sad that In the 2020 with technology advancing all around us that out area is still in the 1990s. The whole board of directors in this company needs to go. We need more forward thinking people in charge of this CoOp.

I wish I could leave a negative review. Something less than one star, but I can't. Southern Pine is without a doubt the sorriest utility provider in the nation. I spoke with the PSC about them just last week. Provided photos of long stretches of their lines literally hanging in trees or in the ground. If it so much as thunders...LIGHTS OUT. Call and all you get on the phone is some yowling hick with an attitude. I suppose if I spoke redneck or inbreeder I could understand them but I do not. Highest price per KW HR and the poorest service.
