Always losing power and takes so long to get it back

worst electric company ever when it comes to cost yes they are expedient at getting electricity turned back on when there is an outage but they should at how much they are charging people I dont run my electricity during the day and only 2 entergy saving bulbs at night and winter months I dont run the central heat and I have a entergy saving heater that has automatic shutoff and my bill is never under $100 and they say we use about 600 kw a month it makes no sense when I was with entergy I used over 1000 kw and my bill was only $60 a month
