Called from personal cell number ignorant because I left after he was late. Told me he was going to charge $50 for a cancellation even though I didn't sign anything or was made aware of charge prior to registering online. Bank got my money back. When you set an appointment, you keep that time.EDIT: I was wronged, however your corporate relations with U-Haul made it right since they don't charge cancellations anymore :)
