The shop I work at has been ordered products from Dragon for over 15 years. I have been dealing with and ordering from them for over 4 years. They overcharge for the same product many other distributors sell for 10-20% cheaper. Our long time rep actually hung the phone up when I didn't order remote starts from their company.
