We have a roof leak. We called and got someone out here to look at it a week later and he couldnt find anything. He said he would come out and seal likely places. TWO WEEKS LATER after calling them 4 times to find out where this guy was and when he was going to show up we get someone else who says he found the leak but doesnt have the materials to fix it. A WEEK LATER on the day of the appointment NO SHOW. We call and find out that theyre INTERNALLY SQUABBLING over who should come out and do the repair. Weve gone a MONTH with a leaky roof from this company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. Warranty means very little if they wont honor it in a timely manner!

I called Champion Window to fix a window that was installed in 2017. Still waiting for a call from the service department. I understand you're busy but this is ridiculous. Stop sending me ads to buy more when you can't take care my initial problem.Update: I received a call immediately after my post from a rep and my issue was resolved in two days. It had nothing to do with the windows from Champion Windows. Thanks to the technician that came out and fixed my issue in 2 minutes.

Was not impressed at all. I made the company aware I did not want the windows in the 3 day time period. The next day half the amount was charged to my account when I was told that wouldn't happen until after proper measurements were taken. Very untrustworthy.

At home installation went fine but since then I've had to contact support for two separate issues now and it's been a hassle both times. Won't be purchasing from them again as I wouldn't be looking forward to the possibility of having to deal with their support staff again.

SEXIST/DISCRIMINATINGI am trying to find out how much new windows would cost to negotiate with the buyer in the sale of my home. I just had a salesperson from Champion Windows leave our appointment because I was 'not the end-user' and because my 'husband' was not home. I'm divorced. LADIES, BEWARE.
