The whole process from start to finish was really organized. Rising Sun is very prompt, courteous and everything was laid out for me with much detail. Rhody and Desmond were always available to answer my questions and I had a lot! Megan stayed in contact with us through the whole process and we always knew what was going on. The installation crew was always on time for the work day and was polite and courteous and cleaned up after themselves every day. The emphase app is extremely easy to use and I love checking it everyday to see how much energy the panels are producing. I also love that is shows real time what our panels are producing compared to how much energy we are using. The panels are great quality and look really nice on our roof. We've recommended RisingSun to all of our friends and neighbors. Top Notch Company we are so glad we were able to work with them!

The overall experience working with RisingSun Solar was good. We would highly recommend this company if you are considering adding solar to your home. In fact, we will consider working with this company again should we decide to expand our system. If you are from a small town, like I am, and want know about our experience without going into great detail; here is something my grandfather would say -- these are good people!If you have thought about solar but not sure where to start, give them a call. We were fortunate to work with Rhody from the beginning. He came to our home for a personal visit, helped to educate us about solar energy and answered all the many questions we had with the goal of providing us with a custom-designed system able to meet the demands of a large 100-year old home with a swimming pool. The folks at RisingSun don't stop communicating just because the contract is signed. Drawing an architectural design and getting engineer approval would be difficult if we had to do this ourselves. However, RisingSun takes that burden away. In comes the Project Manager, Megan, who coordinates the process, including working to get engineering approval and required permits for the project. If you live in Kansas City, Missouri that is not an easy nor fast process. The Construction/Installation managers and crew are fantastic. During the installation process we discovered a modification would be necessary to avoid partial shading over a couple of panels. This ended up not being a problem even though the crew had began attaching the fittings and panels to our garage. The construction manager was called to the site and we quickly adjusted the plan to another location. They repaired the garage roof, including matching the same style and color of shingles. Every person we have met or interacted with at RisingSun was knowledgeable and pleasant, even when folks in city codes department were making me cranky. Additionally, and this is of great importance - the price quoted was the price we paid. If you have done any remodeling or construction projects, something unforeseen can and does happen. However, the price of the system and services we discussed did not change and there were no hidden costs. Clearly, the owner, Keith understands that value of running an honest business.

Rising Sun solar did an excellent job with guiding me through the selection process, design of the system, and its installation. I could not be happier. My system is not huge, but it is already saving me money. I am already thinking of how to expand it so I can generate more power and thereby save myself more money. If you are considering solar panels do yourself a favor and call Rising Sun and let the experts help you out. If you ever have any issues just call them and you will most likely talk to Keith who is the owner/president of the company. I called him after hours and business hours and it went to his mobile phone and he answered it and talked with me for like 30 minutes over a concern I had. He is very willing to talk you about his products in a very friendly and knowledgeable manner. The Installation team I had was excellent and did a wonderful job making the installation highly function and visually pleasing. They answered any questions that I had while they were on site. Dont hesitate just give them a buzz.

RisingSun has attention to detail that is second to none. Ive personally seen several of their Solar Arrays from roof mounts to ground mounts. And plenty of planning is implemented to achieve the best quality install possible.No need to contact any of the other hacks. RisingSun is the best!

From the initial planning and design, through the inspector process, to the completion of the project, everything was professional and top notch. Excellent crew helping us understand the process each step of the way. Once everything was done we had a very nice look added to our home as well as a substantial improvement to our energy cost. The limited amount of sun exposure to our roof was maximized to the fullest. Thanks to everyone, and I recommend this company to anyone looking to help save the planet with what we can!
