I've had a good overall experience with this company. There aren't many options around and they do what they can to work on outages as they happen. I recommend them very much.

Pleasant to work with. Even called during a peak time to give me advanced notice of my bill being higher than normal as to not leave it to surprise.

I only gave them one star because that's the least amount I could give . I called because my power went out and the lady I talked to was very rude and unhelpful . When I would ask a question she would completely ignore it .
