Premiere exterior solutions

Update: The builder has been working with us to address issues. The gutters still leak and we are waiting until someone fixes them.We had high hopes for this company as we had shopped around and it had good reviews and a good rating with the BBB. But the experience has been quite interesting. The project started off ok. They were a bit late starting but we anticipated some delays. We did have some beautiful days and no one came out to work. Cary seemed professional and had several different suggestions that we thought were good and we agreed upon them. Well part way through he quits the job and another builder takes over. There was no project manager for this job so not much communication exchanged between builders. Carys suggestions were never taken up by the new builder, which was Ok as that was a conversation and not put into writing, but several other things were not done that were part of our agreement.The floor was done differently by the new contractor so now there is a box showing beneath the deck to hide wires that were left hanging down. The floor from the remodel and the house dont match so there is a step down. The added duct for the heating and air is useless since nothing comes out of the duct and if it is cold outside we have to use alternative heat. We are four months out from us paying them and they still have not fixed the visible seam in the ceiling or the gutters that leak terribly. They have been out to fix them three times and they still leak. They also left litter in the yard and broke several of my outdoor statues and took rocks away from the waterfall and just left them. Didnt put them back in place so now I have to hire someone to put them back for me. Before the job was complete they sent an employee to us who begged us for the rest of the money and after begging us for two days I gave in. Big mistake. Even with a signed agreement that the gutters would be fixed in two weeks. Here we are still waiting.In many ways, the room looks great, so why would a contractor risk a dissatisfied customer by short cutting the things that were left undone. I think we have given them much grace and latitude in this project but they have definitely fallen short.

This company is the best from A to Z. Friendliness, dedication to customer service,ability to handle tools of the trade to having people skills are the hallmarks of this company. I am glad I found Premere and are welcome back.

Jason built our screened in back porch. Attention to detail, started the job and worked every day until it was finished. We had a great experience and would recommend this company and Jason!

We were rescheduled on 4 times. Finally had someone come out and they wouldn't quite our projects separately, and it took almost 48 hours to get their quote.
