The service tech was wonderful, very friendly and straightforward. They also fit us in pretty quickly which was nice considering it was a hot day and the tech gave us ample heads up time on his arrival. If the price would have been lower I would have given 5 stars. It was pretty expensive just to charge up the unit with just a pound of coolant. Great service though.
