Extremely high rates. Didnt run my furnace for 2 weeks, my bill only dropped a small amount. There must be a huge variance in the measurement system of kWh. Going to measure it my self and run a some numbers in R and minitab. I will post the results on facebook with statistical analysis. The customer service is great, but Im not paying for that.
