Working with Simple Solar was a great experience for me. I spoke to Dennis (head of sales) over a period of 3 years (it was a big decision for me). Dennis is always polite, professional, and helpful. Also, there is an incentive right now where Simple Solar makes your first 12 payments (thank you ). The set-up crew was amazing: knowledgeable, efficient, and quick. My house was done over 1 day. Cathy (who takes care of the paperwork) is the bomb: quick and extremely accurate. If you are thinking of doing this, the paperwork is extensive and Simple Solar takes care of it. Am waiting for Laclede to turn the system on. More to follow! I am glad I did this!My system has been on since the afternoon of July 1st, 2020. Look how much energy has been produced (375 kWh and todays not over)! I don't stress about the summer heat and electricity. Will do a final post when I see my electric bill.

Amazing job! They were able to take an otherwise unusable part of land and turn it into a perfect money saving solar generating farm. They were great from start to finish. I thought there was no way they could complete the project I had envisioned but all I heard was 'We can do that.' They worked with us to get an amazing deal with the best price! I couldn't be happier with the amount of savings I will be getting for decades. Don't wait!! Get your federal and local tax credits now before they run out!!!!

What a group. We had our panels installed and hooked up in December. $13.82 electric brings a smile every month. Was told that an update was needed to be installed and after the update the app that we monitor our panels stopped working. Cathy and Dustin thank you for everything. Cole is the best. He was willing to try everything and I think he did. This went on for a month or so but they never forgot about us. Cole came down today and did an installation so we can track it over the cell towers. I really dont understand a lot of what they are talking about but they are always ready with an explanation of what they are doing on my level of understanding. This bunch is the best. I would highly recommend Simple Solar to anyone.Thanks a bunch, Mike & Pam

This company is the best in Springfield. They are very professional, do quality work, clean, fast, and very efficient. System has been running for two weeks now and using the sun to generate electricity for my home is great. The salesman, Dennis, fully explained the system, federal tax credits (correctly), and did not pressure me into the sale. I called him to answer some questions, and he responded immediately. Couldn't ask for a better company to work with to save energy!!!!! Highly recommend them!

I highly recommend this company. They have been very professional- from the sale person Sam- to Cathy in the office has answered every questioned asked. The crew that installed the Solar panels and Shawn the Electrical person was wonderful taking the time to answered question. In a time that most companies do not care about or do not know how give you good customer service or the people they send to do the work their appearance is poor - this company is highly professional in every step from the beginning to the end. Also they will be with you after the job is complete.
