This is the worst company I have ever had the pleasure of working with. None of their systems are user friendly. Payments never post on time. Accounts get mixed up. If there was another provider in town I would switch to their service immediately. They do not like helping customers and seem to be concerned with putting the blame to different parties. This is the only company that I have ever had difficulties setting up autopay. I feel bad for their employees. The employees are not to blame, company policy is. They need to renovate how they treat their customers and change the user interface on their website. I have had 5 negative encounters in a row and I have lost my patience with them. They are overpriced. It cost an arm and a leg every month to pay for electric but only company here in Great Falls.

Very friendly staff and helpful. They always like seeing my baby and I . They are fast service and professional.

Terrible customer service. Does not own up to own mistakes and punishes customers. Unfortunately, I cannot switch companies as its the only electric service in great falls. Overpriced as well.
