It was my initial intention to prove them to be false…It is my professional opinion and formal affidavit that there is absolutely no way that the Satic energy saver will not save the user money on their electrical bill if they have inductive load devices. To put that into perspective, you cannot not live a normal life or operate a normal household without them.”
