Want to thank Scott and his guys great service today. They changed my furnace from gas to propane and going to put a propane hot water tank in next week or two. Thank you great company!!

Had a promise from them they would be out the very next morning along with strict instructions to call if they couldn't make it because of the incoming storm and low temps. I Called and was told they were sure he made it out and problem was fixed. Nobody ever showed up or called because they ' were swamped with no heat calls'. Incredibly unprofessional.

I've been using MPC for 10 years now and have always found them to be helpful and prompt. They've put new systems in my home and two commercial buildings for me and I wouldn't call anyone else for service or products. Scott has always treated me extremely well. I highly recommend MPC!

I simply wanted an extension for my chimney or to order a longer chimney for my house. The lady at the front desk didn't know if they could do it and no one was there to tell me. I asked if I could leave the old chimney, have someone look at it, and get back to me. She said I could but she didn't know when it would be. Maybe that day or maybe a month. I asked if there was someone else in town to do it because we couldn't run the furnace until it was installed an it was getting cold. She said she didn't know. I told her I would leave the chimney but be actively looking for someone else in town. She was fine with that. I did find someone else. When I went back to get the chimney she wouldn't even acknowledge I was there. Later I found out she is the owner's wife. I will NEVER go back.
