They make it impossible to pay your bill. They constantly come up with a different website to pay so you have to re-register your account.

If I could get my electricity from a different company I would. Their customer service is absolutely horrible and not helpful one bit. I seriously can't believe this company.

Cant pay in cash at the building, no drive up window anymore, shut off for being just 1 month late then charged so many different fees its ridiculois.
