The power is not steady and you can't count on it to be there. It's better than when we first moved in but still not good! The power SNAPS OFF and then back on again, we all know what that does to computers! When we first lived here freezers, frigs, TV's and computers didn't last long from the power surges followed by low voltage. Better, but not good yet, I'm sad to say.

I've been a customer for 10 years. I had a balance of 63.13 that was overdue by 3 weeks and was disconnected in the middle of one of the coldest spells of the winter. I was charged a $400 deposit and a $150 reconnect fee before they turned it back on. When I called customer service I was treated like an idiot. Would not recommend!!!
