Not bad! Their customer service is better than their service at home but I'm in the mountains so that's to be expected. I'll update my rating in a year probably. I recommend using your own modem instead of the ones they give you.

I'm giving Spectrum this rating because they are taking the virus seriously. I want to thank them because I am an at risk person. I haven't come across too many businesses that are enforcing the rules
