He was knowledgeable about the work, courteous, and answered all of our questions. We feel confident in his work, and feel that the charge for services was reasonable.

With this contractor make sure you do a lot of due diligence and checking on this company first and checking that what you want them to do you first check with the city about it, and also during the work, because I found them to not be as knowledgeable as they are required to be as a licensed contractor. Or they were just knowingly cutting corners at my expense. I later found out they did work they weren't even contractor licensed for since I didn't know then contractor licenses are specialty specific.NRS 624.3015 Acting beyond scope of license; The following acts, among others, constitute cause for disciplinary action under NRS 624.300:1. Acting in the capacity of a contractor beyond the scope of the license.I also later found out they also did work without a permit which is a violation of the contractors license they did have. NRS 624.3011 Disregard of plans, specifications, laws or regulations.2. If a contractor performs construction without obtaining any necessary building permit, there is a rebuttable presumption that the contractor willfully and deliberately violated the building laws of this State or of its political subdivisions.I also found this company never came back for my warranty claims on their labor and materials they supplied which is a Nevada Consumer Law violation NRS 598.
