Very detailed info given. Panels were installed quickly and they even replaced a broken tile on our roof at no charge. Very happy with the results so far.

I needed to lower my power bill. They came out here and took time to do a design for my solar system. I am glad they are local and can help out rather quickly.

We have recently had the pleasure of purchasing our solar panels through Freedom Forever and had a wonderful experience!! Nate Costa and Joe Martineau were absolutely amazing to deal with. We had question after question. Each time we called our call was answered followed by a patient explanation to our understanding. Freedom Forevers customer service is unmatched! Thank you Nate and thank you Joe!

I just recently moved to Las Vegas from California where I had no problems for 8 years with Solar City which installed my solar panels. I immediately switched to solar energy and used Freedom Forever. It was a huge mistake.FF never disclosed to us that they were subcontracting the solar installation to a second party and the monthly billing was also subtracted to Loan Pal. The salesmen who came to our house introduced themselves as FF salesmen, even showed us FF photo IDs. They never introduced themselves as subcontractors. I had nothing but problems. I noticed that I have lesser solar panels on my roof than what my neighbors have. The installer created white outlines on my roof for the solar panels but some panels were not installed. As a result, my electric bill was much more expensive when I add my monthly bills from NV energy and the solar company than when I had no solar panels. Loan Pal religiously sends my monthly bill but when l explained to LP my higher monthly energy cost, I was told that I signed a contract and I have an obligation to make my payments. I told LP that a contract is an agreement between 2 parties to fulfill their obligations. The contract guarantees a yearly energy production of 8000 kwh. After 9 months it has produced only a total of less than 4000. LP's response is that their responsibility was only to collect my monthly payments. LP claims that the energy underproduction is not their responsibility. In response I told LP that I am disputing my bills and I am willing to pay it, provided they fix the problem. LP instead reported the situation to the credit bureaus even if it was under dispute. It greatly affected my credit rating. We finally had a 3-party conference call (LP, FF and myself) but they still refuse to fix the problem. They keep pointing fingers at each other while I continue to suffer the results of their failures. Freedom Forever's failure to disclose to us the involvement of 2 subcontractors is a deceptive business practice. Had I known it, I would never have used Freedom Forever. These companies still refuse to fix the problem. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone because of my sad and disappointing experience.
