Universal Solar Direct Las Vegas

We got solar from these guys about a year and a half ago. In June our inverter went out. When we called their 24hr help line they tried to trouble shoot the issue but it was not fixable. We got a call the next morning and they set us up to get a new inverter at no cost to us. We also reviewed our previous yr of electricity production and we found the system did not produce what it was set up to make so they made it right by adding panels to my system to increase our production. Again at not additional cost to me. This process took longer they originally estimated but they made it right by reimbursing us for the electricity we would have made during the time we were down. It was a frustrating process but the staff with Universal Solar Direct was really helpful and went the extra mile to correct the problems. I would recommend them to anyone! Great team!

Universal Direct was referred to me by my daughter and Im so glad I decided to go with them. They explained so much and gave us lots of knowledge of what to look for before installing. I highly recommend them!

This was an addition of extra panels and a new inverter that allower for EV charging of my carAlso. It involved the rerouting of the inverter into the garage requiring running conduit across the front of my house. I really am not pleased with the look. They also have not painted or finished the repairs of the holes etc Finally it took over a week to get the system working as the installers knocked out over 60% of my existing panels. They made many appointments and canceled them over and over. End result was not only losing a weeks worth of solar production, but it wasted a weeks worth of my time scedule waiting for them to come out and then canceling the appointments hours after they were supposed to be there. The value of my time lost plus missing a trip was more than the cost of this project . Everything is working satisfactorily now, but the process was a disaster.

Decide to go with solar this year and I got a couple quotes from different solar companies in Las Vegas. I met with Jonathon Moebius (Sales Rep) for Universal Solar Direct, he was on time and very polite when I welcomed him into my home. We went over all the details from how solar works to what products they use. Jonathon really know his stuff. If a solar company tells you that it doesn't matter what panels they use or what inverter or power optimizers they use I would RUN. The products offered are what is going to produce solar. They also provide a great warranty. Each step of the project was explained to me by Johnathon and followed up by a phone call from him or someone within the office. The installers were great and it was installed in one day. Things went very quickly. Met with Jonathon on March 5th, signed contract on March 12th, and solar was turned on April 17th. Everyone I spoke to was very professional and if I had a question and they did not know the answer they would get back to me immediately. Olivia, Teresa, and Anita were all very pleasant and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Universal Solar Direct.
