Vivint Solar

Despicable. Awful and disgusting and just a few words to describe the worst company ever. Fist they said our system would be turned on about 60 days after install. After all the inspections and what not that needed to be done. Well it ended up being about 100. Second we specially asked about pigeons housing under the panels. They said it would not be a issue since our panels were so low profile and close to the roof that pigeons could not get under them. Well we ended up having a pigeon problem. Then Vivint wanted about$300 to install pigeon guards. Now we noticed we were going high energy bills from our local power company. We called Vivint and they said we were not producing as much electricity as they originally calculated. They said they would look into it and call me back in about 3 business days. They did not. I called them back and they said the call was not processed correctly and they would get back to us in another 3 business days. Once again they did not. We called a 3rd time and again got no where. No manger would speak to me. I have a neighbor creating almost 2X more electricity as me (he does not have Vivint) I am so frustrated I am taking this to the BBB.

(We live in Las Vegas so thought we could get a bill from NV energy for like July and August, but not the amount we were billed ) Vivint said that we were not producing the amount of solar that was originally calculated.. they said we will start looking into it and give you a call in 3 business days. 3 business days later. No call back. We called them. They said the call was not processed correctly. We will give you call back in another 3 business days. Guess what again no call back. We called again today and just got a bunch of run around, AND..... they would calls back in yet another 3 days. Worst coustomer service ever! Worst decision I ever made with Vivint. Complete dog poop! Wish I could say something different other than poop. But I won't

I paid $250 to have animal guards installed so the pigeons that the panels attract would not create water damage with their waste. That was a month ago. They have my money but I have not been contacted for the service. Be careful when you give them your money.

Vivint Solar haves the worst customer service. They are very good at giving the go around.. Wish I never did business with them

Vivint solar damaged my roof when they did the installation of the panels, also broke a solar light that I have on my roof, I contacted vivint solar, they of course denied doing the damage Then I remembered that the salesman Chase Taylor had told me that after the installation of the panels, anything that happens to the roof is on us he said, so I contacted him and of course nothing happened, I have to fix their mess. So I do not recommend vivint solar, they'll tell you one thing but they do not stand up by what they said.
