Excellent! Smooth transaction. No B.S. Super professionals. Travis is very knowledgeable and knows how to squeeze the best benefits from your energy provider. The Great Basin Team of installers are courteous and know their trade to the bone. I have a 19 KWH system and works flawless. I've got free, instant, computer and phone access, every second, to my solar power system production. I can see the system's layout and every solar panel's output continuously. And not to forget: The Best Price in Town!!! Although we've got activated in December and the sun isn't great, I have already days when I'm generating more than I'm using. Check the days with green in the graph below. That's what your energy provider will 'pay'( actually you're earning kW credit, to be used when needed)

I would give 4.5 stars if that were possible; 5 suggests perfection, which is elusive. They have a great company, responsive to my questions, professional. They did a fine, fast installation although it was recent enough that I cannot comment on problems (loose panels, roof leaking, panel failure, etc). All seems good so far, yet our monetary savings are not as great as hoped, but that may be more of an NVENERGY issue. We looked at 4 companies, and am glad we chose Great Basin. If you want rooftop solar, you should seriously consider them.

Travis was great. He and his team professionally installed 10 solar panels on our house using a great design. Everything was done in a timely manner. Now we just have to wait to see our savings. Glad to be green now at least as far as electricity. Highly recommend this company.
