Great product and great business.My wife and I had been wanting to get solar screens for years after seeing the commercials on t.v. We finally bit the bullet and had Daryl, come out and give us a demo and a quote. Just from the small samples that we looked at it was obvious that the darker screens would block out a significant amount of light. We asked a lot of questions and Daryl spent over an hour with us explaining installation, cost, warranty, maintenance and cleaning, and a time frame of delivery and install. He was very helpful and friendly and we knew exactly what we were getting before we cut him the check. He even threw in a screen for free, for a small window next to our front door!The installers arrived about three weeks later and had all of the screens installed (nine total) in about 20 min. Thye did a good job on the install, although I did notice one self tapping screw had missed the window frame of the house and was just sticking out towards the inside of the window. Not a big deal, and not something I even mentioned to Sunteck. It can be easily fixed when I remove the screens in the Fall for cleaning. The only other issue was after the install was completed I noticed that one of the windows didn't have a screen on it. I called Daryl to let him know and we realized that it wasn't on the original quote or receipt. It was just a communication error between us, but he took full responsibility for it and had a screen out to us in a couple of weeks.The change in temperature to our W and SW facing sides of the house, as well as our whole upstairs is amazing. My son's room would be so hot during the day that even the A/C wouldn't help, and now it is comfortable all day. I also really like the privacy you get from the screens. You can have windows open and people standing on the outside of your house cannot see in. The screens are very well made and should last longer than the 10 year warranty that comes with themI would highly recommend Sunteck to anyone battling hot rooms, or glare in their homes.
