GeoPeak Energy

I got the Solar Panels installed from GeoPeak Energy and I am satisfied with their professional services. Only a complaint is that the installation which is supposed to take 3 to 4 months, got stretched to almost 6 months. I felt they could have done better. Hence I am giving 4 stars.

I have cancelled my previous contract and went with Geopeak. And now I am waiting for 9 months!!!! Costumer service don't even answer to an e mail. I regret that I change my mind to go with Geopeak!!!!!

Branchburg, NJ. I have and will continue to recommend GeoPeak. Our installation was performed in a timely and professional manor. Actual installation time took ~4-5 days which included mounting panels to the roof and electrical work. All electrical work was concealed by running conduit through the attic, crawl space, and basement. I give a lot of credit to the two guys that performed the actual installation. They worked long hours and did not question any of my special requests about hiding the wiring.We worked with Heather Keim from GeoPeak. She was also most professional and handled all paperwork aspects of the project including the township permits, loan paperwork, state paperwork, and the JCPL connection paperwork. One last thought. We have looked into solar for 2-3 years and always found the initial out of pocket costs to be too high. With the current program from GoePeak, our out of pocket cost was $0. Yes, zero. No hidden costs or additional charges, even with my special requests about wiring and hiding the electrical work.Amazing work from everyone!

It has been almost two months since we have had our solar panels turned on and I can already see a difference in our electric bill. I can't wait until this summer! We had a very positive experience with Geopeak starting with Mike Babb who sold us our system, to Heather Keim who helped us through the whole process and finally the guys who came out and installed the system. We installed a 5.2kW system on the back of our two story colonial home. It took the three months from the time we signed the contract until we were able to get the panels installed. Once the team was out on our roof it took one week. It would have been finished faster if we did not have some bad weather in the middle of the installation. What impressed me the most about the installation was the attention to detail. The guys made sure to install the lines from the panels to the meter in the most aesthetic way possible along the side of the house - instead of the most easiest. We are very pleased with our system & the team at Geopeak and would highly recommend them to anyone.

The staff at Geopeak are great. They are super-responsive and professional, right from our Sales Rep (Gene) to Heather to help guide us through the process from beginning to finish, and Brian and other crew members who actually installed the panels on our house. Heather really spearheaded the process and ensured that we understood what was going on every step of the way, and also answered any questions we had throughout the process and afterwards. They install high-quality panels manufactured by SunPower and back their installation via 10 year warranty. We are happy with our panels and service, and cannot wait to see our first utility bill. Geopeak is obviously experienced with installing the product and their customer service is second to none. I would definitley recommend them if you are planning to go solar.
